IMPORTANT
- This invoice is not to be filed for taxes if it's a CASH deal.
- This contract DOES NOT include plumbing and disposal.
- Full payment has to be made on the day of installation.
- NO changes in measurements, materials, color, or price.

Please read these terms of services carefully before signing this contract.
1. Full payment should be provided to the seller upon completion of the project.
2. If the full payment is not received to the seller within the time given, matters will be taken into legal actions.
3. The time starts on the day of the completion of the project.
4. 50% of the deposit is due when placing the order.
5. Once you have confirmed everything, you cannot change it after you have signed this Purchase Agreement.
6. The inspection will be made by the buyer at the time and place of delivery of the product.
7. Suppliers that we deal with provide 30 years of warranty, in case something goes wrong we will work together to exchange the defective product with that company.
8. We provide 5 years of workmanship warranty but no warranty on the product since it's taken care of with our suppliers.
9. Stains, cracks, and fractures are not under warranty since that issue will evolve with abuse of the material.
10. Cracks and fractures will only appear on the product if it is brutally taken care of. If the material is properly taken care of there will be no issue of the product cracking or getting any fractures,
11. Stains are not an issue, but if you tend to leave food on this material for several days it will cause the material to absorb the odor.
12. All sales are final, no refunds or credits will be issued.
13. This contract DOES NOT include plumbing and disposal.

15. NO changes measurements, materials, color, or price.
16. We are not liable for any damages to the property/ items or lost items.
17. By signing this agreement, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Alterations to this agreement can only be made by both parties and must be placed in writing. Both parties will revive a printed copy of this agreement and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
